Abstract

This paper examined the influence of Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Innovation. The paper reviewed literatures on human resources practices and organizational innovation. Based on the review, it was concluded that HRM Practices influence product, innovation, process innovation and administrative innovation of banks in Nigeria. The paper recommends that organization in order to be innovative and also remain innovative should engage in active HRM Practices.
