Conceptualization of Job Analysis in Organisation
Abstract
This paper examined that job analysis and the extent to which it interacts meaningfully in organization. High and standard organizational values, norms and attitudes definitely has a corresponding effect on job analysis and people resourcing activities. When there is inefficient people resourcing practice and unavailable job analysis processes in an organization, it means the organizational values, norms and attitudes are substandard. As such, it was concluded that high organizational values, norms and attitudes in orgainisation will enhance quality job analysis and good people resourcing activities.
