Abstract

The persistence of these problems in spite of the various policy measures adopted by various governments to strengthen the organizational survival and inconclusive debates regarding the actual effect of human resource management and organizational survival makes it imperative to empirically provide answers to some pertinent questions: Does human resource management help to meet the needs, the goals and objectives of the organizational survival? Has human resource management realize the factor that contributed to the growth in the organizational survival? Does human resources management pave way for organizational survival?
