Abstract

The end product of information in an organization or firm is knowledge for the performance of employee’s tasks. Therefore, the cruise of this piece is the information sharing culture of an organization as a catalyst for harnessing tacit knowledge in an organization for organizational productivity. However, information is used in tandem with knowledge which it effect is to create tacit transfer of skills, experience, values etc.
