ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AS A NECESITY TO JOB PERFORMANCE IN TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Several studies have been conducted on the subject of management information system and administrative job performance in organizations of variant disciplines nonetheless not much has been done in tertiary institutions, especially with respect to office managers job performance in Nigerian tertiary institution. Additionally, most people tend to admit the existence of management information system but only a few persons realize how serious a problem it poses.
Behind this background, the study tends to investigate the effect of management information system on office managers job performance.
