This study determines the influence of knowledge management process on organizational productivity of manufacturing firms in south-south States, Nigeria. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between knowledge management process and organizational productivity in manufacturing firmsAfter a thorough review on knowledge management process on organizational productivity in manufacturing firms in south-south states, Nigeria, the study found that a productive organization will be highly smart in ensuring knowledge management process is in its operations on a daily basis. Based on the findings the study concludes that knowledge management process has a thoughtful influence on organizational productivity. Finally, the study recommends among other things that concerns for knowledge acquisition in terms of managerial behaviour and actions can be addressed through increased levels of participation in decision-making processes and the consistent briefing and updating of workers in view of management plans, especially that which directly concerns and could impact on the responsibilities or role of the worker within the organization.
