Abstract

This position paper examines the importance of educational leadership in periods of transformation and argues that effective leadership is crucial for institutional adaptability, innovation, and long-term sustainability. It emphasizes that educational leaders must demonstrate flexibility, strategic vision, and collaborative decision-making to guide schools and higher institutions through complex changes.
