Abstract

Effective communication and transparency are foundational to creating a workplace environment where trust and openness prevail, enabling employees to freely exchange ideas and collaborate more effectively. By fostering a culture that values these dimensions, organizations can better align their human resources with creative goals. Additionally, promoting initiative and supporting innovative practices are key measures that drive employee engagement and creative problem-solving. This seminar will examine how aligning these HR practices with organizational objectives can lead to increased creativity, improved performance, and sustainable growth.
