Abstract

The study explored how transformational reforms, driven by organizational restructuring, change management and technological innovation, have influenced Nigeria’s economic landscape. Findings indicate that the shift has enhanced operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability, thereby fostering sustainable economic growth and positioning Nigeria as a more competitive player in the global oil and gas industry. The study underscored the importance of continuous adaptation and innovation in navigating economic challenges and ensuring long-term national development. This study recommended transparency, accountability, and ethical practices as business model that benefits the country, thereby repositioning the new NNPC into a new style and philosophy, like successful entities.
