The Impact of Empathy Leadership in Nigeria Banking System

This paper investigated the impact of empathy leadership in Nigeria banking system. The paper revealed that empathetic leadership can increase or decrease the effect of work system on work life balance. It was recommended among others that; the service system of workers by the management of the Commercial banks in Nigeria, should be such that centres and emphasizes on consistency, and equity, matching wages and salaries with workers actual contributions and efforts channelled toward the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
