Abstract

This paper examined organizational justice and workers behaviour of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The aim of the paper was to determine the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice) and the measures of workers’ behaviour (organizational citizenship behaviour, workers commitment and employee work attendance). It was concluded that organizational justice has a significant positive relationship with workers behaviour; and that this relationship is significantly moderated by organizational culture. Based on the conclusion, it was recommended that management team of manufacturing companies in South-South Nigeria should ensure that there is distributive, procedural and interactional justice in their organization as it would motivate workers to exhibit good behavior at work.
