Abstract

Human Resources management practices are very significant in the industrial sector locally and internationally. As industries continue to provide an increasing number of products and services, they face the challenges of integrating these disparate systems into a coherent & efficient infrastructure while delivering the highest level of customer service and convenience without exposing their customers to unnecessary risks. However, Industries in Nigeria needed to improve continually on the Human resources development and productivity for a more efficient impact on the Nigerian Industrial Sector. This study seeks to examine Human Resources Development and Productivity with special focus on Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Golden Penny.
